Good afternoon everyone. My name is Brandi and I have messed around with weight loss and life change for some time now. I just didn't make any changes. In January I decided I was going to join the 30 day repeat club... So the first thing I did was give up fast food. It is said it takes 28 times doing something to form a good habit. I have eaten out 5 times since and only once was considered fast food Popeyes'... The rest were sit down dinners for occasions. Don't miss it. February first I embarked on the hardest part of my self change journey. I quit smoking! It feels fantastic to say I am a non smoker after 30 years! Interestingly I landed in the hospital for 6 days with pneumonia... Due to steroids and infection my blood sugar was and still is out of control. I have around 85 lbs to lose and have begun than journey as part of my 30 day repeat club... I am almost 50 a mother and a grandmother and soon to be somebody's ex wife... It is my turn! I would like to make some friends regain my health and be a support along the way if I can. Thanks for letting me introduce myself
