hi! I'm trying to find new meal ideas. Would any of you be able to share your favorite go to meal? I am allergic to seafood but welcome the recipe because it's super easy to switch It to chicken breast!

  • Ground turkey tacos are one of my favorites! I use 99% lean ground turkey, instead of a tortilla I use lettuce. Fat free plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream, add guacamole, homemade also and enjoy!

    Lots of choices:

Chicken can be roasted whole with lemon, garlic, seasoning. It can be cooked in crockpot and shredded for tacos. You can bake or grill boneless chicken breasts for fajitas, salads or wraps.

Pork tenderloin is versatile and easy. I brown my in skillet sprayed with nonstick spray and finish in oven. Side of steamed veggies.

You can use lean ground meats to make stuffed peppers with brown rice.

Breakfast is a favorite. Heavos rancheros. Corn torilla lightly toasted and topped with refried beans, sunny side up egg, salsa ans sour cream.

Soups: tomato basil soup with cheese toast. Chili is another great.

    Eggplant parmesan.

Pasta with roasted vegetables and chicken.

Just have fun. Take things you enjoy and lighten them up or eat smaller portions.

Another I found to be great is using ground chicken to make meatballs. Yum!

Hollow out the center of a large tomato and fill it with chicken salad (I use tuna), serve cold. It makes an amazing light lunch. Yummm
