I'm doing a 3 week boot camp right now then going to do Insanity. Someone gave me the dvds but not the workout schedule. If anyone could share that with me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thx.0

I finished it at the beginning of the year. My best advice is to just do what you can do, drink lots of water, and really focus on your form. My form got sloppy with the workout one day because I wanted to try to keep up better with the people on the dvd, and pulled a muscle & pinched a nerve in my back-- five weeks later I was able to try it again.
Good luck! Keep at it and don't give up!0 -

Hi Kieron, I'm about to finish up week 8 tomorrow. My advice for making it through would be,
Just keep pressing play every day, even if you don't feel like it. Once you get a few minutes in to the workout you'll be fine.
Don't get intimidated by the speed & abilities of the folk on the DVD. Just Do what you can do, you will soon see fantastic improvements in your fitness & stamina.
Wear supportive shoes.

Tips:
Dig Deep. Dig Deep Dig Deep.
When you feel extremely out of it, take a break and catch your breath, then get back into it.
When something feels weird on your body, like a possible injury or a lunge doesnt feel right, stop and listen to your body.
If you are alright, dig deep with Shaun.
You gotta stay self motivated. Especially when you reach recovery week going onto month 2. and keep remembering why you started and why you need to finish.0 -

Do you enter it as a workout? If so, how? I type insanity and can't find it.0

I've done it four times and LOVE it! Month two got long when the workouts were 58 minutes, but I always told myself I just had to get through the warmup and if I wanted to stop that day, I could. I never stopped! Push yourself a little more than you normally would. Let being uncomfortable become comfortable! You can do it!0
