Can't find calorie burn for my exercises

I have a set of exercises I do. There are similar ones in the app but all require you to enter a weight. I do not use weights. If you enter 1 pound for the weight in the app returns a calorie burn of 0. I definitely know I am burning calories. How can I find out how many?
I do 4 sets. The exercise cycle include:
Sitting down against wall- quadriceps squeeze (60 reps)
Lying down flat on floor - leg lifts from the hip (25 reps)
Lying down flat on floor - abdominal crunches (25 reps)
Lying down flat on floor - knee pulls to chest (3 reps)

I was wondering the same. I do lift weight and apparently I don't burn any calories from it which is obviously wrong. The only drawback to a brilliant app imo.0

Log it as circuit training or strength training in the cardio section. Just put in the time it took you to do this workout; 15min., 30min, etc.
