30 Day Shred

Just finished my very first 30 Day Shred workout and I am tired! It was a great workout. I am wondering how I log it in my exercise log, what would I put it under and how do I figure out how many calories I burned?

    I log it as circuit training and just go by what the system calculates.

  • What exactly is the 30 Day Shred? I have never heard of that lol. Does it work? I would love to get any info that I can on workouts and things like that. Good luck to you all!
