I just started eating quinoa fairly recently and as I took to the 'nets to find some recipes I also stumbled across numerous articles about the benefits and hazards of eating quinoa. I'm to the point now where I am confused. Should I continue eating this food or is it going to punch holes in my intestinal wall??

Punching holes in your intestines? What rot.
Go ahead and eat quinoa. It's tasty, it contains tons of stuff your body needs.
The only two reasons I can see to not eat quinoa are -
1. Financial. It's expensive compared to other grains.
2. Ethical. The rise in popularity of quinoa in the developed world is driving up prices and making it out of reach for poor farmers in undeveloped regions where it was previously a dietary staple.0
