Lost 100lbs. & looking for people to help with the fitness side

Hi. I have been a Fitness Pal user for 8 months and I have lost a hundred pounds, but I have forty left. I would like to focus on the fitness aspect on my last chunk of weight. So, any advice or tips would be appreciated.

    Lift weights eat protein and cut down carbs. You'll shred that fat in no time. A lot of women think they will get big lifting weights, bit women can't physically get big without taking things so you will get stronger and toned and have a great beach body !
  • Thank you for the reply:) I eat 70-90 grams of protein a day. I think your right about the weights I belong to small community gym, so I should just set up a time to be taught the weight machines.

    I don't know anything about fitness, but congrats on 100 lbs! I'm on my way there myself.
