Fell off track...now I'm back

My name is damien and I used to be 190 pounds all lean muscle now I'm 240 pounds struggling with depression and anxiety. Motivation is damn near impossible and diet I just don't give two *kitten* about . I'm upset with my body and I'm working towards a healthier life. I've established a good diet and workout routine just need some motivation to keep me going because I know in two weeks I'll drop everything if I'm doing this alone.

    Welcome back. I can relate, depression and anxiety sucks. Hope you're getting the help you need with that too.
