do I have to follow a workout plan? I get bored so fast and lose my motivation. My plan is to put the names of my favorite workout videos in a jar and each morning pick one and so that video. Will I still see results from that?

It would probably be best to follow a workout DVD plan instead of mix matching. Especially if the DVD's come with a schedule. Which programs do you have?0

You can mix and match all you want and will see results as long as your workouts are balanced. If you just pick workouts from a jar you could end up picking a legs workout every day or a week and that totally neglects the rest of your body! You could make a timetable that targets a certain area of your body on a certain day and then depending on your mood, you can pick a video that you want to do. For example on Monday could be leg day so you do a leg video, Tuesday could be arms, Wednesday could be core etc.0

I joined beachbody on demand because I also get bored. Just remember to mix it up. I also looked at the website "the daily burn"0
