Hey! I'm Bri, a 21 year old female who recently graduated from college. I was going so well with my nutrition and fitness 2 years ago and suddenly stopped and started eating junk food and stopped working out. By no means am I overweight (5'0", 100 lbs) but diabetes, heart disease and other serious chronic illnesses are very prominent in my family. I work at a desk job currently (since Aug. 2013) and I find myself running to the snack machine for salty crunchy munchies when I'm bored or too busy to have a proper lunch. I'm determined to become healthy and start working out again in order to get my body back in shape and to keep my health in line.
