Finding it hard to stay under in my sodium

I am having a horrible time staying under my sodium. Could really use some low sodium food ideas!!!

    Lucerne has a low sodium cottage cheese that you can mix half and half with the regular one, thus reducing the amount of sodium by half.

    Stay away from Pizza, WW dinners, and the Safeway "bowl,” as much as possible, since they all seem to have a lot of salt. You are keeping your daily sodium below 2500 most of the time, so that is a good thing. Just eat fish, chicken, and lots of vegetables, preferable cooked at home, and use seasoning for flavor instead of a lot of salt. Check sodium contents of prepared food too. That should help.

    If you don’t have kidneys’ problems or high BP, then you shouldn’t worry too much if you go over once in awhile, but I try to keep mine below 2000 too, so I understand your concern. Good luck!!
