Reassurance, please.

Hey, I'm an IIFYMer.
Soooo....
I hit my macros perfectly for 2 weeks + doing Jamie Eason LiveFit Trainer (wk 3, represent!) and I lost 1.5kg :) Yay

This week however I was busy doing landscaping work which involved alot of lifting, so I didnt do any resistance training.
I also didn't hit my macros. I also didn't eat atleast 1200 cals per day and only averaged 1400 cals for the week (Should be 1800)

The scales say Ive put ON 2 kg this week.


This is just water, right?
I was in a calorie deficiet all week so I can't REALLY have put on 2kg, right?

Lots of water and back to logging and hitting my numbers to continue losing, right?

    Probably - the landscaping lifting probably caused water retention for muscle repair, also sodium and hormones can have a play

    keep logging accurately and weigh again next week
