Hi, I'm new on here &&am trying to start my weight loss journey. My only confusion is of my calories intake right now. I am breastfeeding my 11 week son &&my daily intake is at 1240 calories. Does anybody know if I can still add the extra 300 recommend calories while breastfeeding rule or any advice on calorie intake while breastfeeding? TIA

isn';t breastfeeding 300 calories in as an exercise or something ? - my bad, it's a food with negative calories. Add that to a meal.

    Add 500

go to PC - web version - My Home>Goals>Change goals and choose to amend it manually
  • Thank you ladies, I looked further into it &&I have to add 500 calories extra since breastfeeding daily burns from 500-600 calories.

Thanks I think I've been lagging on the water cus I noticed a decrease in my milk supply but I hope drinking much more water will help ;) keeping my fingers crossed
