Got to my goal weight and keep binging. Having difficulty keeping at my goal weight! Relocating for a new job, so I'm afraid I'll get worse with my dirt trying to socialise etc

Thanks! Your cheesecake incident sounds like something I would do! I'm pretty bad with indulgence foods. I'll think because I'm at my goal weight or near it won't hurt then that spirals!! But once I move and get settled in nursing digs I'm going to join the near by gym and find things to do to keep me active rather than going to the pub out of boredom... again cider is my downfall.
and not waistline friendly!
