I am 19. It's been 18 days since the time my weighing machine needle moved. Haven't lost a pound since then. I take under 1200 calories and do walk 4.6 -6.2 km daily. I haven't missed my workout nor I have eaten more than 1200 last 18 days. . Seeing no result, I have started playing badminton for one hour too; 5 days a week. Still the scale isn't moving. What shld i do?

weigh and measure every morsel that passes your lips. I did this today and realised I had been eating 1600 kals not 1200 as I thought - even stuff that I used to weigh and knew the portion sizes for, its amazing how we can drastically underestimate how much we are having. Give this a try for a few days xx

That's strange bc I even manage to lose half a pound a week without doing any exercise as long as I keep the deficit. Probably you underestimate your food intake?

Make sure you weigh everything and log them accurately. Don't lose hope! Nothing comes easy.

It ranges from 1200-1600. I never go below 1200.
