Eating Disorder (Non-Specified), high metabolism, recovering from illness, wants to gain weight!

Hello!
My name's Allie, and I am hoping to gain around 10 more kilos- it would be an absolute delight to gain more
I'm 22 years old, turning 23 this year, 5'4 (164cm), small, slim build. Currently sitting around above the 47 kilo mark- that's a 1.1 kg gain since I started using myfitnesspal
My story- I'd never really been a big eater, and I did struggle with an eating disorder (non-specified, actually...it's weird, I've never purged, made myself vomit, wanted to lose weight or anything. I've been told that it's possibly an anxiety-linked thing, but I am working on that- had my last proper session with my psychologist last week, actually, after needing to see her for over a year, so that's a thing!)
I beat my eating disorder around the start to mid of last year- I reached 57 kilos, at my top. It felt amazing, I felt beautiful, it was the sort of thing that I could have only dreamed about in the past.
But then I started seeing a nutritionist to get myself eating more greens and less of the sugary junky foods.
At the second weigh-in, we noticed that I had lost some weight, but we thought that was to be expected, what with toning down the junk food. But then the weight loss just kept on dropping and dropping...it honestly felt like an unwinding nightmare each time I got on the scales.
But then I went to the doctor, and found out that I had 'Helicobacter Pylori'- a bacteria that was cork-screwing through my stomach lining and creating stomach ulcers along the way.
I had to go on intense antibiotics for a week- 8 tablets a day- and those made me be and feel so incredibly ill. But the meds did prove to work. But at the end of it, I was down to 45 kg, despite my best efforts to get back on track- that's a 12kg (probably more) loss over a period of a few months, which can't be good for anybody in my sort of position.
Since being with MyFitnessPal, which my darling sister-in-law told me about, and being on my 9000 KJ diet (I try to push to be above that- but you can only push yourself so far before becoming ill!), I've been delighted at my slow, but sure, progress
Feel free to follow me/friend me if you want to follow my progress, or get ideas of how to fit those extra KJ's, or anything of the like
It's no fun being skinny-shamed, I unfortunately get it all the time, but I'll make it through

9000 Kj is only 2150 nutritional calories. Your definitely not going to gain quickly on that0

I gained like 1.1 kilos while on that sort scheme in a week, though :P
I put protein bars, whey protein shakes, and hospital-level sustagen into my diet as well :P (the protein bars are a given for any day's diet- I usually only have one glass of the above drinks a day- sometimes more than one glass).
I still find it tricky to pass that point of that much food- I've always been labeled as a small eater, and in the past have been okay with eating a fair bit less than 9000kj, because I didn't really see the point of eating if I wasn't hungry. So being able to eat this much food is huge for me
I've been able to pass the 13,000 KJ mark once before, and past the 9,300 (or whatever the exact numbers for my goal diet to gain weight is) quite a few times, but I was soooo sick afterwards...
You need to remember that I am only a VERY small girl :P I'm only 5'4, I'm slim, my frame's tiny, etc etc etc etc...it's probably not going to take as much for me to gain weight as it would for other people :P
Btw, I do hope the above didn't come across as yelling or being mad0 -
You've done it before, you can sure do it again!
Do what you did before you saw the nutritionist, as it was a healthy diet with a variety of foods, with varying nutrition, psychologically rewarding fun food, it's all good! There are no bad FOODS just bad DIETS. That's my motto. I'm 58kg and under 20% body fat, and I eat ALL foods and drinks, I just have certain protein and vitamin and mineral goals per day, carb goals for my training sessions, and after that it's eat/drink whatever I want.
I just naturally don't get to have big amounts of less nutrient dense stuff because I don't have the calories left for it. i also have days/weeks off from counting calories but always come back when my weight creeps up. (It doesn't go down, I'm an emotional eater in the sense that I like to comfort eat a bit).
Good luck and enjoy the journey up. Eat lots of calories and try and get into weight lifting, it's the best thing you'll ever do!0 -

No, not mad or yelling, but doesn't :P mean sticking your tongue out and (as we call it in the UK) blowing a raspberry LOL. It may just be my interpretation, I'm not very Internet savvy sometimes!
So to me, the above reads quite funny and cheeky but in a nice way!0 -

haha I thought so too...so I don't know why it's a sad face! haha
and thank you very much! May I add you on here?
My diet is definitely so good right now! I have all sorts of veggies and fruit each time, I try to eat meat at least once a day, or once every two days, I'm not having much chocolate, suprisingly! But that's probably because a lot of my supplement stuff (whey protein, sustagen, etc) is sweet flavoured (vanilla or chocolate), so that's something! xD
I've had thoughts on working on my fitness levels when I gain more weight, actually I always thought that hopefully I'd get up to 60kg (bit too hopeful for that at the moment, lol! small goals first ), and with that extra 5kg I could work through some self defense classes or something, because I unfortunately lose weight at the drop of a hat through exercise! and then I would continue that cycle of building up weight and putting it into muscle to improve my strength
Thank you for your kind and helpful words!0
