Knee synovitis

Hi, everyone.
Just curious did anyone here ever had knee synovitis ?
I'm currently fighting with this problem and I'm stressing about it, I think way too much, but I could use some advice.. obviously I cant exercise for some time, while I'm having injections, I'm also staying for some time at home to have proper rest, but it would be very helpful to hear some other experiences, just to calm myself down. For example, if you ever had knee synovitis I would love to know, how long it took you to get back on your feet and be able to go back to the gym or do any other exercises? I know we aren't all the same, but some information would help thou. However I'm sorry about my english, trying my best :smile:
