Hello lovely people.
My name is Regica.
I'm looking for friends, support and motivation.[/b]
My journey here started a while ago (almost a year), I have had ups and downs. I haven't lost much, just about 7kg, but it felt very good, I also gained some muscles..I love fitness, a bit too much, I did it a bit wrong, got wrong coach (he was more after money than my healthy results) in the end of the last year I started to notice some pain in my knees, comparing to muscle soreness it was a little pain, but as time was going pain was growing and getting more disturbing(in start they showed up after exercises, then during exercises) I went to doctor did MRI and so on, found out I have knee synovitis. Been treating it for almost two months. Now I'm having different injections and it seems to get a bit better, however what doesn't kill us makes us stronger indeed. I'm full with motivation and can't wait when I'll be able to get back to gym and work and to start it all over again, but in more clever way,considering to go for TRX or yoga I think I will know better when treatment will be done and will see what my doctor will recommend for me. I also have gained back like 2kg since I can't exercise and I had some stress eating days , but for about a week I'm back on previous dieting plan (basicaly im counting my micros and macros to fit in 1400-1500 cal and then i will drop it to 1300-1400 smth like that). Im doing great, but I could use some friends, so if you are interested to share your journey or you just wan't to follow mine feel free to add me. I will try t do my best to motivate you or just make you smile.
