Carb Cycling Endurance Athletes?

Since there's no way to really search the groups I started a group for a pretty specific niche demographic - to bounce knowledge and expertise off of one-another. I'd love to share with others of the swim/bike/run persuasion who follow a TKD/CKD carb cycling diet for weight loss and/or improved performance.
