Is there a way to track fiber on my fitness pal app?

When I diet I seldom have a BM unless I take laxative. Fiber pills produce bloating and lots gass.

food > settings > Choose from the Food and Exercise Diary Settings menu and then Save changes.0

You can change what you track under by clicking settings under the food tab. I'd make sure you're getting enough fat and magnesium in your diet as that can help make you go number two.0
