    Snakeoil. Supplements, weight loss tablets, etc. are just exaggerated advertisement to make money. And lots of people buy into to them. Save your money and apply it to food and eat in a calorie deficit because that's where it's going to matter.

    no pill will help your burn fat or lose weight unless its prescription weight loss pill and you still have to eat sensibly. but there is no such thing as over the counter fat burners thats just a gimmick to make money. if there were such a thing everyone would use them and be thinner.It also cant boost your metabolism either.so I agree with liftng-save your money
