I just made a huge goal to lose over 20lbs by august (truthfully 40lbs.). This is my plan to get into shape and these work out my major fat problem areas. Is there anything I'm missing or do you think this is over kill? Please check out my plan.

Everyday (give 1 rest day occationally)

20 (x3) Bench Lifts (arms)
20 (x3) Crunches (stomach)
10 (x4) Dumbell One Point Row (back)
15 (x2) Lat Pullover (back)
15 (x2) Back Extensions (back)
2 min (x2) Wall Press (arms)
10 (x2) Oblique V-Ups (stomach/love handles)
10 (x3) Saxon Side Bend (stomach/love handles)
10 (x2) Speed Rotation (stomach/love handles)

Cardio - Bicycling 60+ min. (every other day)

If you need to lose 40 pounds theres no need to do exercise targeting abs...compound movements is a must, multi joint exercise that work the entire body...these exercises target your abs as well at the same time...stay away from isolation exercises until you become leaner...your cardio is perfect..

You don't build a strong core and flat stomach from millions of crunches. If you truly want to lose fat you need to worry about your diet first and foremost.

You should incorporate some more full body movements into your plan, like squats and lunges. When you squat and lunge, your core is working to stabilize. I got more abs from doing weights alone than I ever did when I used to do 200-300 crunches and v-sits a night. If you are worried about your thighs getting huge with muscle, don't. You need some lower body exercises in your plan for a solid body.

I'd also suggest mixing up the cardio from time to time just so you don't get bored.

I can't get bored of biking, my dog bikes with me too!
As for the workout...i don't have too many crunches and my back and upper body need more work than my legs.

Is this part of a program or you just made this compilation up? You should never make your own program except if you know more than the experts in the field.

Follow New rules of lifting for women or stronglifts 5x5 or something like that.
