Sorry but this confuses me. I am 5'2" and 49 year old female. My BMR is 1340 and my TDEE is 2078. I have a desk job but I exercise 5 days a week for about 45-60 minutes. How many calories should I be eating? I have been doing about 1200.

BMR is the number that your body needs to survive if you were in a vegetative state. TDEE is the amount of calories you need to keep you at the weight your at now. In order to lose, you need to subtract between 10 to 20% from your TDEE.
