At a Plateau - I need help with my workout!

I've lost 27 pounds since last year from eating better and exercising. The past 2 months I stepped up my workout to 5 days/week and have been logging my food. Since then, I have now plateaued and I'm sure it's from my workout plan. Can you please help me figure out what my body needs to continue losing weight? My diary is open
  • I do cardio every workout (about 20 minutes of jogging)
  • I do a lot of floorwork (abs, lunges), not a lot of weights/machines
  • I hike once a week and take boxing 2/week

Thank you!!!

First, the weight loss comes from the deficit, the workout is for health. How long have you bee stuck?

I've plateaued for about 2 months now. I'm just nervous that my body is getting used to whatever I'm eating/burning so I'm trying to change things up again if needed.

Start weighing your food. Meat should be weighed (not cups, as they are for liquids). You also have a lot of generic entries (they're not usually accurate). The closer you get to goal, the tighter that logging has to be.

Yes I am going to start weighing my food this week. I just ordered a food scale. Hopefully this will work.

How much do you have left to lose? If it's the last 5 or 10, it comes off slow as molasses.

I'm 5'2" as well, and 137 is about halfway through my weight loss journey. Overestimate your calories, and underestimate your exercise, and the pounds will disappear.
