57 and need help

hello I am 57 and 20 kg over weight I need help to get it off anyone out there who is in same position that we can help each other ?

    I'm 53 and have not quite 20 kg to lose but I try to encourage and support, offer advice when I'm asked, and never judge another person's choices. Try. Sometimes I fall short but I do try.
