Anyone know of some work outs that I can do at home? Without any equipment.

There are lots of workouts on You Tube.
Also walking, dancing, climbing stairs.0 -
Dvds are great and u can get them for free at the library..try what u like then u could.always either buy on ebay or amazon for nearly nothing. Alao youtube is great.0
