gaining weight is a struggle. What high calorie foods are out there that digests fasts. Anything

I'm not sure about how fast the digest but try out almonds or pecans, rice, cheese, whole milk products, hummus, bread (I go for wheat personally), peanut butter .. Idk what else off the top of my head. Check out my diary of you want. I end up eating almost 3000 calories per day worth of food to account for breastfeeding0

Anything with a lot of protein is going to sit in the stomach for a while making you feel full. Fat does as well, though the effect is less. If you don't want that full belly feeling all day, carbs burn quickly. However, a balanced diet is the way to go. You need the protein to build and repair muscle and you need the fat for extra calories and hormonal balance. The good news is that it does get easier the longer you do it.0
