I have several herniated disks in my lower back and chronic SI joint disfunction. Is there anyone in the same/similar situation, and what do you do for exercise?
Before my injuries I was an avid distance runner. Now, even a light jog lays me up for days.

Maybe try ice skating. The gliding motion is easy on the joints and you can really burn some calories. Plus with the summer approaching, it's nice to be cool inside once in a while0

Bicycling, swimming, and water aerobics are super low impact. An elliptical trainer is fairly low impact. I'm having a little knee trouble, and I've been using a stationary bike, and tap dancing.0
