Strength training help!!!!

I have decided i want to do strength training!!!! My problem is i have no clue how to go about it! So im researching first and i am asking all you lovely strength training people if you have any advice, tips and even before and after picture because i just love to see them and they keep me motivated

Hiya, look into Stronglifts 5x5 or one of the other beginner programs.
I just started it, going with a friend who's been doing strength training for years so was lucky. If you don't have someone like that probably best to book a session with a trainer just to learn proper form?0 -
Thank you, that stronglifts looks like a good programme, yea i was thinking of booking a session! But just trying to gather as much info as pos lol and eating wise it seems i need to stock up on protein protein and more protein lol0
