Active vs Lightly Active

Hey, trying to get to grips with app and was wondering if three gym sessions a week counts as active or lightly active

Your activity setting is supposed to be figured WITHOUT taking intentional exercise into account. So how active are you, if you leave out the gym sessions?0

As Phrick said, you enter your activity WITHOUT exercise. Then you add in your exercise separately and eat 50-75% of your exercise calories (only a % because MFP and machine estimates are often off, though some people can do 100%). MFP works this way, while other programs tend to include your exercise up front.
