I am a lurker on here lol. I am a 5-5 tall and started at 185 pounds. On Dec 1 2014 I had enough of this extra weight. today I am 159 my goal is 145. I play ice hockey 2 nights a week and hit my treadmill the other 5. The best thing I ever did was start using a food scale. If you are really serious about losing weight WAY YOUR FOOD!!!
on a side note I am looking for a good upper body work out using dumbbells.

    yeah no bar I dont have enough room in my townhouse. My treadmill is in my living room and my bench and dumbbells are in the spare bedroom lol. sadly gym memberships are to much around here.

    thats looks good. i was thinking of doing 4 sets each 8-10 reps of flat bench,incline bench, flys for chest military press for shoulders,kickback and extentions for triceps and curls for biceps

    thanks I will try that herrspoons. shouldnt take much for my legs between hockey and the treadmill they get pretty beat up lol.
