Losing Quickly In the First Week Question

Ive lost 5.6 lbs in my first week back to MFP (so far, as I started wednesday). This is after having a baby so this part of my journey is 33 lbs of pregnancy weight (in case that's relevant) I'm eating the amount it says to lose 2 lbs per week. Should I be concerned and adjust my activity level now or wait it out since I'm sure the rapid loss won't last? THanks in advance

That's what I thought. I just didn't want to set myself up for failure if I was overdoing it0

Use it as fuel and motivation to continue.0

As long as you realize that your weight loss rate will decrease within a few weeks, you are a-okay. Good job!0

No, don't adjust your activity level or your stats unless you stop losing weight for a period of time at some point. Yes, the loss slows down. However, congratulations on a really great start!0
