    Hey there. I'm not sure of your goals but IMO, it will be helpful to find or develop a meal plan and a exercise program that you will enjoy and will be motivated to do day in and day out. Bodybuilding.com would be a good place to start. It has a bunch of great workout programs that comes with meal guidance. Good luck!
