For women 60+

I have been a yo yo dieter for years and do well when I am on a structured program and write everything I eat down and plan my meals. I am a compulsive overeater and love sweets. I need and want support from others like me. It's so hard for me to lose and there are times I'll eat anything I can find. I know I need to exercise more and that's one of my goals too. Any and all help is appreciated. I have 70 lbs. to lose.
