Hey, im 7stone 5 would like to maintain my weight but tone up:) whats everyone elses goals x

    Well, I have scoliosis and have upwards of a dozen surgeries under my belt, so working out is tricky. I've lost my 20 lbs, so to try and stay fit, I'm starting a lo- impact non aerobic body toning class using resistance bands, I also use a core ball at home and walking is always a good idea.
