I love lifting heavy and I'm super ocd about logging my food :) I'm looking for more friends for motivation and to chat about weight loss, health and training (pleeeeaase no flirty messages)! Add me!

That's awesome you're down to only 10 more pounds! I love just going to gym everyday and having a work out partner. How heavy are you lifting? I can help motivate you! I've learned a lot from YouTube, body builders, and friends since I've started journey 4 weeks ago.

@lgquinnross‌ thanks! It's very exciting but it's been hard since I really have little room for error! I've been lifting for about a year and I'm at 90lbs bench, 150 deadlift and 135 squat which is a big difference from when I started :) haven't been able to add much in this deficit. I plan to bulk after I lose a little more fat which I'm excited for haha. And motivation would be great!

Hey Taylor! I'm Chris. I'm a distance runner/mtn runner/ snowboarder. Can give you running info if you want it. Those are some impressive lift #'s! Nice job! I'll send you a add.

Wow impressive numbers im only benching 105pounds for 8 reps. Starting at 12x 95 pounds. I'm not very familiar with bulking for females. Haven't done any research on this. Is that what will help you increase weight even more?

Yeah there's actually no difference in how men and women should train/bulk/cut. It just takes me longer to build any muscle from lack of testosterone lol :) but yeah! To build muscle you either need to be a beginner or eating at a surplus. @lgquinnross‌

@robotfood love your username haha and yes! I used to run a lot and I'm looking to get back into it when it gets warmer where I'm at. And thank you!!
