Getting back to exercise after a (minor) illness

Hi,

I've been sick this week with a virus- sore throat, feeling exhausted etc. I feel a little better today, but still have a sore throat and did feel tired just walking round the shops.

So, when you have been off colour how do you decide when to get back to exercising? I'm not doing anything heavy duty- just brisk walks and the 30 day shred. I was thinking of trying a brisk walk on monday.
