Came back to this app in January after getting a wakeup call from my Dr. So far so good, but still have a little way to go to reach my goal. It's been interesting to use the app to help manage my weight loss. I find myself looking at portions, increasing exercise, weighing myself regularly, etc. Overall feeling much better compared to the beginning of the year, and honestly it's not been as difficult as I would have imagined.
