Tomorrow marks the last day of carb fest!

Hi all,

I'm new here but not new to using MFP. I've followed on and off a LCHF lifestyle to gain control over my weight and cravings. Tomorrow I'm meeting some friends for lunch and a final carb blow out! From Monday I will be living low carb and would LOVE to have a buddy along the way!

My macros will be - 10% carbs, 35% protein and 55% fats.

My starting weight is 140lbs and I would love to be 126 in 30 days time!!

So- who's in.....!
