do i really need supplement

I'm so confuse I know that I can reach my dream body just by eating clean and hard workout. but I just buy a book that say I need to take some supplements to help my muscles and lose weight ?!

    You only NEED to supplement if you lack a way of getting that nutrient from consuming food or liquid.
