Hi All,

I'm trying to lose weight. I just had a baby almost 3 months ago, and have 20-25lbs to lose. I'm finding it a bit hard to lower my calories too much right away, but I am at least logging what I am eating and trying to be more conscious of what I eat. I'm not expecting changes overnight, but I am starting with small changes until I build up to bigger changes, and then eventually a lifestyle change to be eating healthy most of the time and exercising regularly. Any advice or words of wisdom for losing baby weight?

Also I could use some extra support if you want to be MFP buddies, feel free to friend me, or send your name for me to add you!

Thanks.

Weight is weight. Doesn't matter how you got it. Consume fewer calories than you burn and it will go away.
