How do I avoid weekend weight gain?

Or eat a bit less during the week, so you can indulge over the weekend. For example, if you eat 2000 calories everyday, reduce that to 1800, which means you have an extra 1000 calories to play with on Saturday and Sunday.
Keep an eye on your weekly deficit more so than your daily one. As long as your under at the end of 7 days, then you're all good.
