Feeling like a ton of bricks while running

Back in the routine of a 3 mile loop running with my dog most days. I've been working up and running longer and more of it each time but the last two times I feel like I can barely run 100 yards. I've never felt so lethargic and "heavy" when trying to move its the strangest feeling. I thought it was just a one time thing yesterday but today was the same. It's frustrating and I'm going to stay on track and try to up my water intake and hope I feel light on my feet again! Has anyone else had this happen and if so what did you do to get through it?

Bad days happen to everyone running. And it could be as simple as you are a bit ill for example. If one day is not working for you at all, change the run into a fast walk and do not stress about it.0
