Iced Coffee

Hi everyone! First post here :]
I'm a coffee addict. I typically get by with hot coffee, skim milk, and one sugar. However, it's getting really warm here and I love iced coffee. But I noticed that the big chains like McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts all have iced coffee with a butt ton of calories. Does anyone know why this is?
I wish there were smaller chains near my office but there aren't any. I'm considering just making my own. Any thoughts?

I would make your own. I think they use full fat cream and whip cream0

Yep - make your own. Full fat milk, whip cream, syrups for sweetening or flavoring - it all adds up. I make mine with 1 Keurig pod (2 calories), 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 calories), 1 truvia packet, and ice. YUMMY!!0
