Would you say it's harder for a 40-ish year old guy to loose 20 pounds of fat or gain 10 lbs of muscle? I'm curious because after one solid year of eating and eating in the off season while working out hard, and now slimming back for Spring, I see after all this, I will have maybe gained 6 lbs of muscle. It's hard to stay motivated.
