I started using MFP again. First time in the 'community' hope to lose some weight maunly so we can try ivf. Looking for some friends for motivation help support each other

    Hi I'm new on here and need to lose weight for IVF too. We got married in 2011 and have been trying for a family since with no joy. Was accepted for IVF last year but only if I lose 3 stone. So with some very stressful events along the way and after being in denial about the whole situation, here I am even heavier than ever! Having said that I finally feel I can finally start to get my head into action. I need to.
