rebounding in cardiac rehab

I am in the middle of a supervised cardiac rehab program, following CABG x 5 (cardiac bypass surgery) 9 weeks ago. I am trying to watch my nutrient composition, especially sodium and saturated fat levels. I am gradually building up cardio exercise, and just starting to add in some very light weight training.

My weight is in the normal range (6'2", 183), but I would like to drop about 10 pounds. Muscle mass is low, especially after 9 weeks of avoiding lifting more than 5 pounds. So I am focusing on building cardio endurance again until I can lift heavier weights (about 3 more weeks). I was active prior the surgery, and need to get back in the routine. I would be happy to boost my muscle-fat ratio instead of dropping pounds.

This app makes me focus more on what I am eating, and I am finding it to be very useful.

I am also in the middle of my rehab from a quadruple bypass, I was using this app for some time before surgery. Found out that my exercise and use of this app probably save me from having surgery a lot sooner. My blockage was from damage done by high blood pressure and not my cholesterol. Now with all of the Under Armour apps I can progress towards a healthier lifestyle
