Returning to T25 after gallbladder op

I have just finished week 7 of T25 and am really enjoying it. I am having keyhole surgery on the 12th to remove my gallbladder so will need to take a break from working out. I plan to get outside for walks as soon as I reasonably can, mainly because exercise really benefits my mental health (bipolar). I know potentially I could be taking a few weeks break from T25 but my question is am I going to need to go straight back to week 1 and start again or is there a chance I could pick up from where I left of?

I would probably see how you feel once your doctor has cleared you to begin exercising again. Some people can bounce right back where they left off. While others take a little longer. If you feel well enough in a few weeks you can try starting just Beta over and see how it goes. If it's too much, start the whole program over. Nothing wrong with that. I'm going into week 2 of T25 and love it. Best wishes for a quick recovery.
