How much calories is in a Kroger blueberry scone?

In the Kroger bakery, they had blueberry scones and I love scones so I just had to pick a box up. Unfortunately for me, there's no nutrition label and the one listed on mfp does not seem very accurate. These scones are about the size of a hand and is glazed on top. Does anyone have an idea of how many calories they have?

You could ask the store to provide you with nutritional information. Most of the time, I pass up grocery store bakery items. If I'm going to spurge occasionally on some pastry, I want the good stuff. That said, I see several websites that provide this information. Looks like 230 calories.

According to the website www.caloriecount.com, one 60 gram Kroger blueberry scone has 230 calories, 10 grams of total fat, 32 grams of carbs and 3 grams of protein. Hope that helps.

Does the bakery have an online nutritional guide?

Random googling will turn up something. Go with a site you "trust" - I'd go with caloriecount - or find a similar item from a chain place. I use Starbuck's info on blueberry scones. Be sure to weigh your scone and log it.

230 seems about right-- that's in the neighborhood of my homemade scones.

If its big/fairly dense and oily I'd assume 400.

Yup. It's store made, I would bet it's calorie dense. I would use Starbucks or panera nutritional info, or maybe see if another supermarket has their info listed and use that. I would probably just quick add 300-400 calories and call it worth it!
