hi all, my name is Dan.
I've lost 19lbs in the last 7 weeks, although I'm sure some was water retention at the start.
I have a calorie deficit of 1000 per day and go to the gym 4-5 days a week.
At the gym I do 30 minutes of treadmill running (or a 5k which usually comes first at 25 mins), then 10 on the upright bike followed by 20 on the elliptical machine.
I also do mild weight machines targeting different areas such as a chest and abs day, back and shoulders etc.
I started at 202lbs, am now 183 and am hoping to get to 165 by my son's 3rd birthday on July 4th.
I love how I'm eating, and am feeling so much healthier and full of energy. I turned 30 yesterday and am hoping this is the year I can get back in shape.
